Linkage Design played a pivotal role in the development of the Knightscope K7. The robot is fully electric and AI-enabled, built for continuous operation. It is capable of covering paved areas and light off-road terrain, autonomously patrolling locations that require broader perimeter monitoring.
Linkage’s design team supported Knightscope by:
- Refining initial concept into a finalized product
- Creating Alias surfacing that was used for prototyping
- Defining details such as tolerance, part break-up, and manufacturability
The final result is the K7, which will provide enhanced visibility and improve situational awareness for security teams.
